Waterloo Leisure
A railway arch with no natural light or services and the only running water was dripping from the roof. Outline's brief was to convert this difficult site into a venue with the atmosphere of a nightclub with facilities such as steam rooms, spa pools and a cafe, – a truly diverse venue.

The unpromising site was tackled full on, constructing effectively a new building within the existing shell, making an alternative world underneath the arches.
